C. Gomer Thomas Senior Member of Technical Staff, Triveni Digital, Inc. Princeton Junction, N.J. Gomer Thomas is a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Product Manager for Data Broadcast Products at Triveni Digital, Inc., in Princeton, NJ. He has 25 years of industrial work experience in digital television, e-commerce web site architectures, distributed data management, and real-time systems. He has also served on the faculties at the University of Washington in Seattle, the State University of New York in Binghamton, and Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. Dr. Thomas has a PhD degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana and BA degrees from Pomona College and the University of Cambridge. He is an active contributor to ATSC specialist groups T3/S8 (Transport) and T3/S13 (Data Broadcasting), and is currently chair of the ATSC ad hoc group on PSIP enhancements for advanced EPG functionality.
