Dennis Haarsager
Associate Vice President and General Manager,
Educational Telecommunications and Technology

Dennis has been Associate Vice President and General Manager, Educational Telecommunications and Technology at Washington State University since 1995. His responsibilities include WSU's 12 public radio and two public television stations, and a statewide instructional video network serving 32 classrooms. Dennis serves on numerous boards and committees, and is in his second term on the board of directors of the Public Broadcasting Service where he chairs the PBS Interconnection Committee and formerly chaired its New Technologies Committee.

He also heads two Future Fund projects, one which utilized Internet2 to pilot video over IP applications, and the other is the Northwest Advanced Digital Distribution Entity.
