Bruce Jacobs Chief Technologist, Twin Cities Public Television St. Paul, Mn. Bruce Jacobs is Chief Technologist for Engineering and Information Services with Twin Cities Public Television in St. Paul. He has a long history in Public Television, having served for 23 years in design and management of technical systems for radio and television. Research into Enhanced Television as part of the CPB-funded Local Enhancement Collaborate has lead to presentations on this topic at several national conferences.
