Kate Butcher Assistant Director of Engineering - IS, Nebraska Educational Telecommunications Lincoln, Ne. Kate Butcher is the Assistant Director of Engineering - IS for Nebraska Educational Telecommunications. She has 19 years of broadcasting experience, fourteen in the Public Broadcasting community. Kate is currently the Chairman of the PBS Information Technology Steering Committee and is a member at large on the Enterprise Automation Committee.
