Deron Triff Director of Business Development, PBS Interactive TV Alexandria, Va. Deron is responsible for strategic direction, cable and satellite distribution, technology partnerships, content licensing, and financial modeling for PBS's interactive programming services. Triff comes to PBS from a two-year stint with BT Broadcast Services in London where he was involved in the development of international satellite television distribution services in parts of Western Europe, Central Europe, and Southeast Asia. Prior BT, Triff worked for an international television consulting firm based in Atlanta, where he was responsible for projects to launch Travel Channel, MuchMusic, and other cable networks throughout Central America and the Caribbean. In total, Triff has more than 10 years of broadcast television experience. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from McGill University - Montreal, Canada, and a Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Georgia - Athens.
