As the annual Spring Engineering Conference evolved into the Spring Technology Conference, we found that the Thomas and Mack facilities, our "home" in Las Vegas for several years, could not accomodate our growing group. In 1998, we moved the event to the Alexis Park Resort Hotel.

Poolside party, April 2000

The Friday night party will be held poolside, and there will be various technology displays in the hallways, for you to view during session breaks.
The interior of 'Cafe Chez Raoul', on the roof of the Parthenon Ballroom, where lunch is served Friday and Sunday.

If you are driving from another hotel, note that there is a larger parking area on the east side of the building than on the west. Parking spaces closest to the buildings are usually used by the hotel guests. With the number of hotel guests with cars, and the size of this Conference, parking particularly as more broadcasters arrive on Sunday, may become a problem.
